Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
Since I didn’t meet my January goal, I set a lower one for February — 1000 minutes, an average of 35 minutes per day. So far, I’m finding ways to meet or beat the daily average. It will help a lot if the weather cooperates and I manage to avoid the nasty flu that every one in St. Louis seems to be getting. Here’s hoping!
How is your exercise going right now?
I’m hoping for the same things – better weather and not getting sick.
I work in a health & rehab center and many of the residents had really bad cases of the flu. They all started feeling better the last few days. Thank God I didn’t get it.
Good luck avoiding the flu! I am recovering from it as well as starting to exercise, so I will have difficulty meeting my goals at first.
