I mentioned last week that I was doing yoga to help my back after sitting too much. I did it several days in a row and it really worked! …and I need to do it again because I sat too much yesterday.
The yoga added to my exercise minutes so I’m right on track for 1200 minutes in October.
How is your exercise going?

I got in a few short walks this week, but that’s about it.
Joy, ALthough I haven’t been writing much, I have upped my workout game. I’ve run 57 miles in October. My friends and I are doing a MapMyRun challenge. We used to run together but one friend moved away and the other two and I don’t get together like we used to. This challenge has brought us together.
