I met my goal of 1200 minutes in April, but it took a big workout on the last day to do it!
I’m off to a slow start for May. A long meeting and a short rainstorm at an inopportune moment meant that my walk was limited to ten minutes. We’re traveling this month and that will also impact my ability to get in workouts. But, I’ll be optimistic and set my goal for 1200 minutes again. I usually figure out some way to pull it off!
