I met my September goals with some big efforts the last two days.
For October, I’ve set my goals lower because we’re going to be gone for nine days of the month for our Cuba trip. I’m usually very active when I travel, but I’ve yet to figure out a good way to track it. So, my goals are based on the 22 days that I’ll be exercising at home. I’m off to a good start!

Wow, I hope you enjoy your trip to Cuba! That sounds fantastic! I have been training for the Tough Mudder the past several weeks and I’m still wondering why I was crazy enough to sign up! Great job on your progress in October.

How fun to mention that your activity goals had to be changed because you are going to CUBA! I am so looking forward to your pictures when you return, no pressure, but I really enjoyed your England last year.
