  1. I read this not too long ago as well and benefited from it, although I haven’t been as diligent in applying it as you have. I still continue to underestimate how long my activities will take. Sigh. Or at least how long I might transition between activities (that might be my real problem!). Maybe I need to set a timer for my breaks instead? 🙂

  4. I do something similar to that now, but I usually go for 15 minutes at a time. I found that timing myself when it comes to various activities helps me not only stay focused but enjoy the activity a little more.
