  1. I read this but have to admit I didn’t look up Alcock and Brown, shame on me!!
    I did enjoy the history of women in those years.
    Also as I am Irish born, I am always interested in its history.

  2. Yes, I probably would think of Alcock and Brown first so it may be a US/UK divide thing.

    Mine’s a bit political this week and might not be of too much interest to non-Scots, but with the Scottish Independence referendum on the horizon, politics is all the rage here at the moment… 🙂
