  1. What a shame you aren’t on track on your strenght sessions, but you do a lot every month, so I think you can spare one month and then keep track the next.
    I’m training for a 10K race – my goal is to finish it without stopping a single time in the race, let’s see if I can do it. It’s in October 11. Wish me luck!

  2. You can do – but you’re doing pretty awesome so far!! I need to start setting monthly goals too now that I think I’m officially back into the fitness game 🙂
