  1. First full Monday exercise schedule since I tweaked my calf, I did sparring & stretched between fights. No injuries for me!

    I’m going to try a Classical Stretch workout after work, see if getting the dvd would be useful.

    • Stretch with DVDs helped me get a good technique down. Now, I usually do it while watching something off of Netflix.

  2. Exercise has been hit or miss the last few weeks. To start off April I went on vacation and got a lot of walking in, but then the following week I was pretty lazy. I’m trying to get back on track this week.
