  1. Ugh the measuring cup. I’m about to start up on MyFitnessPal again on Monday and the measuring cup is the only way I can really get an accurate measure. Crazy how big we THINK the serving size should be!

  2. Great series of reading groups/challenges. I did well last year but always slip soon after Halloween. I’m ready for regular workouts and real food again. It all starts tomorrow with our first normal grocery shopping since before Thanksgiving.

  3. An incredible support system you’ve started here. I love the selections for the resolutions reading challenge. I’m going to definitely pick up the one on the surprising truth about what motivates us; sounds intriguing.

    I’ll be dropping by now and again in each to see how it’s going. (I’m a slug and not quite ready to commit.) 😀

  4. You are right healthy living includes mental health-my goal is more yoga and pilates. I have the exercise part down but mediation is just as important. Happy New Year.

  5. You have good goals and diverse groups to read on here. I may need to hitch to your bandwagon on the healthier living aspect regarding reading. I have goals for eating better and getting exercise but reading about it may reinforce me better!
