  1. Thanks so much for the follow up! It was fun to read about your great success. Seared tuna is delicious — I order it out but have never made it at home. Very clever to make the colcannon ahead of time and then reheat. BTW: I don’t peel my potatoes before mashing either. We like the skins and the nutrients. 🙂
