  1. Since I’ve been retired, exercising is much easier for me. I swim on MWF mornings, go to yoga on MW afternoons, and walk with a friend on TTh. My husband and I usually walk on S or S. I don’t know how many minutes that it (is that what a Fitbit does?) but I feel very happy about the exercise I’ve been getting.
