I ended up with stomach distress yesterday. I thought that was going to be the end of my 18-month daily exercise streak. Then, I remembered that one of my yoga DVDs, Yoga for Stress Relief, has routines for stomach issues.
I’m really bad at being sick. Once I’ve decided that staying in bed will do more harm than good (causes insomnia and muscle aches), I don’t know what to do with myself. It was nice to have someone else tell me what to do for 30 minutes.
I’m a bit behind on my goal to exercise 1200 minutes in January, but I’ve kept my daily streak going, so I’m happy with that!
