Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

Happy New Year! My biggest goal for 2018 is to keep my daily exercise streak going. I haven’t skipped a day in a year and a half!

I met my December goal to exercise 1200 minutes, including 15 workout videos. Since that worked well, I’m setting that goal for January as well.

  2. How in the world are you able to exercise every day!? A year and a half. That’s amazing! My biggest health goal is to drink more water. I have to push myself to drink water, especially in the colder months. My hubby got me a great Harry Potter 24 oz cup that is so easy to hold. That helps!
