While our neighbors to the north celebrated their 150th Canada Day on Saturday, I completed a full year of daily exercise. The last time I missed a day of exercise was when my husband was in the hospital last summer to get his appendix out. So, we’re also celebrating his year of good health.
We’re planning a quiet 4th of July. I’m aiming to walk before lunch and do yard work in the late afternoon, if neither of those get rained out.
