Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I’ve managed to exercise every day, but I’m pretty sure my average isn’t high enough to meet my goal of 1200 minutes. But, there’s a lot of month left and a lot of yard work to be done — that’s usually good for piling on lots of steps and squats.
How is your exercise going?
Yard work will definitely get you to your goal. I know you can do it!
I don’t even want to think about yard work. Our pool’s almost open, though, so I’m hoping to get some swimming in soon.
I have no doubt that you’ll reach your goal. I really need to start checking my “name” and link before I hit enter.
