Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

I couldn’t keep track of the days last week! And, I’m barely keeping track of exercise this week. I have it all on scraps of paper. I’ve walked every day this month but the strength-training and stretching went by the way side again. I’ll try and pick that back up again today!

  1. Happy to join in again here. I keep a small notebook tucked in my purse to record things like my steps ( mostly use my FitBit for that) or books I want to read…anything.
    I need to add some strength training to my routine too.

  2. I’m like Tina – my fitbit keeps track of most of my exercise, especially if I remember to log it into the app immediately afterwards if it’s Pilates or something.
