Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

I met my February goals by doing a stretching workout at nearly 10pm last night! I exercised 1245 minutes in February — passing my goal of 1200 minutes. That included 20 strength-training or stretching routines, including one late last night.

Since that worked well for me, and March is a longer month, I’m going to aim for 1300 minutes, including 20 strength-training or stretching routines.

    • I’m fine — except that I apparently can’t keep track of the days of the week! I posted this morning thinking that it was Tuesday.
