February started so warm that the junipers and cedars began their pollination and I was dealing with hayfever for several days. Then, yesterday, it was so cold that I walked at the mall. This morning, we have snow on the ground! It’s all hindered my exercise in various ways.
- 300 of 1200 minutes — about half an hour behind schedule
- 5 of 23 days with 8000 steps or more — I’ve already used half of my skip days!
- 1 of 8 strength-training sessions — should have had two by now
So, I’m going to have to find some creative ways to get in steps, especially. I’m not at all sure that I’ll leave the house today. That will encouarge a strength-training workout, but 8000 steps is a lot to take in my own house.
