I managed a couple of long days this week to balance out a couple of short ones over the weekend, so I’m right on track on my steps and strength-training goals and well ahead on the minutes one.

- 16 of 24 days with 8000 steps or more
- 6 of 8 strength-training sessions
I suspect that on Christmas Day I’ll march in place with the bands in the Disney Christmas Parade — that worked well for me on Thanksgiving and the Macy’s Parade.
