I was running a bit behind last week, so I got things in gear to see if I could catch up by the end of the month. I met one goal and I stand at least a chance of meeting the other two in the next two days.
- 1195 of 1300 minutes (52.5 minutes per day)
- 21 of 21 days with 8000 steps or more (DONE!)
- 6 of 8 strength-training sessions (I could do some light strength-training each day)
