I checked my logs and I haven’t missed a day of exercise since July 19. I didn’t set out to do that, but now that I have a good long streak going, I’m highly motivated to not break it!
I’m also on schedule to meet my goal of exercising 1400 minutes in September. With cooler days ahead, that should get even easier.
