  1. This is wonderfully helpful advice. It is so difficult for me to accept the feelings I am experiencing…I want to escape from them. But if I sit with them and look at them in the manner you describe, I look at them objectively and I can accept them.

  2. In my corner of the woods, it hasn’t come to me as yet how serious this is. Nevertheless, I am practicing social distancing as much as I can. They have now closed all the public eating places in Ohio.
