Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
Our September heat wave finally broke and everyone is breathing a sigh of relief around here. I love getting my longer walk, with hills, done without feeling like I need a shower as soon as I step in the door.
To finish my September exercise goals, I’ll need to average almost 50 minutes a day (which is about 10 minutes more than usual), including 3 DVD workouts. It could happen!
