Mid-month Check In #ReadersWorkouts
Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
My goal for August is 1200 minutes. We’re not quite at the mid-way point and I’m at 480 minutes. Could be better, but it’s close enough that I don’t need to worry too much.
I’ve been mostly walking this month. The work at my desk has been pretty intense and getting out seems more appealing than a more varied workout that would happen indoors.
