  1. How neat that you used the dream as workout inspiration.
    I don’t really have anything I do intentionally to help with future tasks. I should work on being able to carry large weights up the steps, looking toward the day when my dog needs more than just a little help up the basement stairs.

  2. Dreams are so funny when they come into real life! It is so important to exercise for real life. I know I am sore the first few weeks of gardening season all the squats that I should have been doing in early spring to prepare. I used downhill ski and would do some exercises before ski season so I wouldn’t be so sore, why I don’t for gardening, I don’t know!

  3. I’ve never thought about doing something to get in shape for future tasks, but that seems like an important thing to do. I’ll have to think about it and hopefully by next week’s RW I’ll have an idea or two to post about.
