    Yes, I also think that at the beginning of the month everything seems possible, so well, good luck! I’m sure you will achieve your goals this month: they are higher, but you know, we get the extra motivation that this is the month just before Christmas, and we need to do extra sessions in order to burn in advance all the calories of the festivities! 😉
