    I’m a bit lazy lately because there is a heatwave here and it’s terrible: I can’t sleep, I can’t breathe and I don’t go outdoors after 2 pm because I can’t stand this weather 🙁

  2. I’m back in Connecticut, but I have a hotel strength workout I’ll be doing tonight & tomorrow night. Just started strength training & getting over the fact that 7 years of karate doesn’t make me a good strength training person, I’m starting from about zero with very basic stuff.
