  1. I’m back to my uninjured state but feeling the effects of doing less, last night’s sparring was exhausting.

    This is a busy week so I’m scheduling downtime and alone time on my work calendar.

  2. You’re doing great! I’m not walking as much as I should be. I need to get back to walking on my treadmill first thing in the morning. I have always done better when I do it that way.

  3. I forgot to link up on Tuesday. Sorry! Sounds like you’re doing good. I skipped my long run last week which was not good. I’m scheduled for 12 miles this Sunday- I’m hoping the weather’s decent. I’d much rather run that long outside than on the treadmill.
