  1. I did my first yoga class yesterday, one of the guys is a certified yoga instructor and taught about 6 of us over lunchtime. Now I ache in places I didn’t know I had places! I guess that means I have muscle groups to work on.

    My karate instructor said I did great in sparring class last night, and he’s not one to hand out praise lightly.

  2. I’m also doing it very well, Joy!
    I finally got my running routine stablished and I go running twice a week. Today I went despite the fact that it was raining 😉
    In April I want to keep on going and improve my marks a little.

  3. Sounds like you’re doing great!
    I went to the gym twice over the weekend. I tried the arc trainer thing which takes more coordination than it looked like I had to hold on or I was totally going to fall off. I think I just need more practice. And I signed up for a 5K on April 19, but it’s finally warm enough to run outside, so I’m happy.

    • I tried an arc trainer at the gym and found it similarly unnerving. Good workout, though! Signing up for a 5K is a great way to get the running season off to a good start.
