  1. I think my calf strain/ligament pull is about 90% better, and I’m starting to not favour my right side quite so much in sparring. The interesting thing about my fitness this month is I’ve been wearing my company-issue fitbit and letting that report to for me. I love the sleep tracking side of the fitbit and it gives me credit for marching out at lunchtime to forage for food.

  2. Still dealing with a hurt finger. Taking it out of the splint for a little today. I used a new yoga DVD this morning, took Snowdoll for a walk, so trying to stay active in spite of my injury. 🙂

    • That’s good activity! Stretches and walks will keep everything else functioning while your finger heals.

  3. Congratulations on 101 days, quite an accomplishment.

    My plans for a 200 mile month were put the side early… with two family emergencies taking top priority. I’m left adjusting into a new mode, not striving to mileage goals the rest of the year. Time to read and focus on a few other hobbies.

  4. Family stuff hit me from all sides the last few weeks so I haven’t been doing well fitness wise. Seems lately that it’s one thing after another. Maybe I’ll post about it in a few weeks when I get back to my routing and join back in on these posts.
