  1. I haven’t checked in in so long! Had lots of illness in this house the last month or two (both me and my son) which makes working out (and SLEEP) hard to come by…but yesterday I tried to get my mojo back with a 2.5 mile run. Hoping to do more of that and get back into 30 Day Shred as well.

  2. So.. I have had this post up for a few days 🙂 Finally getting to comment.

    It’s been extremely windy here this week. I’m talking myself into another treadmill workout while anxiously waiting to get outside.
