I met my goal of 1200 minutes in July — by getting in 45 minutes of exercise for the last four days in a row. So, I made that my goal again for August. I’d hoped to have a more even month, about 40 minutes a day, but so far I’ve ranged from 20 minutes to 50 minutes. I’m pretty much on track for the overall goal, though, so that’s good.
