Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

I got off track last week if I want to meet a goal of 1200 minutes this month. I thought I’d catch up over the weekend by doubling up one day, but that didn’t happen. I have a better plan this week to add ten minutes a day. That’s much less daunting!
