I managed a walk for the first four days of our heat wave by taking it early in the morning. By the fifth day, though, I realized that I wasn’t really recovering so I gave up and stuck with yoga indoors in the air conditioning. Yesterday, it was finally cool enough to take an outside walk in the late afternoon, my favorite time for exercise.
Next heat wave, maybe I’ll learn this dance for my exercise:
