Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.

The yoga in the morning is making it easy to march toward my goal of 1200 minutes of exercise in July. I’m nicely ahead of schedule.

This week will be challenging, though. Today’s the last day will see a high under 100 for the rest of the week. Some years, St. Louis never has a high of a 100. During last week’s hot days, I walked at 11. This week, I think it’s going to need to be 9:30 or earlier.
