I canvassed for my favorite school board candidate on Saturday. I was surprised by how pleasant everyone was — I think they were happy to see evidence that our democracy continues to function. And, I was surprised that my Fitbit said that I walked 14,000 steps that day!
With that, I’m on course to meet my goal of 1300 minutes in March. To meet my goal of strength-training or stretching twenty times in March, I’ll need to do it pretty much every day for the rest of the month. That’s not unreachable, so I’m going for it!
