Happy Valentine’s Day!
We’re right in the middle of our short month. The Valentine’s gift I want to give myself is to be in the middle of my exercise goals for the month by the end of the day. That means I want 50 minutes of cardio plus some stretching or strength-training. That’s a bit bigger than my normal exercise day, but well within my capability.
