Happy New Year! I’m still working on setting up my goals for the year and the month. But I’m off to a great start! I used a DVD to do an hour of yoga yesterday and my body felt so good when I was done. I forget that benefit when it’s been a while since I’ve done it.
In 2017, I want to be stronger. That’s what seems to be motivating most of my thoughts about exercise goals, so I’m going to go with that as the foundation.
