I woke up motivated on October 1, thinking about travel in 2017. When I travel, there are days that I take over 12,000 steps. Lately, I’ve been doing good to get to 8000 steps. To motivate more steps, I increased my exercise goal — I exercised 1100 minutes in September; I’m aiming for 1300 minutes in October. It’s worked so far. I’m averaging over 9000 steps each day this month.
