Stepping Up in October #ReadersWorkouts — 6 Comments

  1. After a few discouraging months I have found myself back in the exercise groove again. When I was talking to Vicki at (I’d a Rather Live At the Beach) she encouraged me to link into Readers Workout to share my progress, but I will say, it’s slow!

  2. I’m doing a virtual Ironman triathlon this month! It’s definitely the biggest workout goal I have ever set for myself. 2.4 mile swim, 114 mile bike, and 26 mile run. The tri is through the Jimmie Johnson Foundation, and runs from Oct. 1 – Oct. 31, completed at your own pace.
