I surpassed my provisional goal of 1100 minutes in July. I’m going to aim for 1100 minutes again in August, but I’m secretly hoping to make it to 1200 minutes.
What are your exercise plans this week and this month?
I’m looking at August as a new start. Now that my husband’s softball season is almost over, I can maybe get back to my schedule.
