  1. My daughter, 24, started a new exercise program today and I wanted to be supportive. So after my 5-mile walk this morning, we jumped into a 30-minute Beach Body workout. I’m a runner, so I figure I have pretty strong quads, but my quads are still shaking when I go up and down steps. My daughter, who hasn’t worked out hard since college swimming, was in tears a couple times. It’ll get better, and it’s good to workout together.
