My back is almost normal. I’m hoping that by next week I can report that I’ve done my normal walk, minus the hills. That will feel like real progress. I’ve kept my goal of not missing a day of exercise — most days that’s a 15-minute flat walk, some days I manage a bit longer and go for 25 minutes. If nothing else, it helps me keep the habit going so that I can pick it back up when I’m feeling better.
