Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
We had some wonderful warm days, but we’re getting back to more seasonable weather this week. I’ve done lots of walking. On those icky weather days, I’ll add some variety — especially strength-training!
Here’s the progress toward my goals for February:
- 910 of 1200 minutes — right on track to meet this goal
- 17 of 23 days with 8000 steps or more — I can only miss one more day this month if I want to make this goal.
- 4 of 8 strength-training sessions — I’ll need to do this every other day. It could happen.
