Readers’ Workouts — September 9
Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
So far, I’ve managed completed consistency in getting 8000 or more steps a day. I’m not quite as good at getting to my stretching, but most days I managed 10 or 15 minutes.

Lost a couple of pounds but still over my goal for the year.

My legs have been reminding me of the importance of stretching. Now, I actually need to listen.
No post from me today, but I’m taking this week to really get back on track of making my daily step goal and tracking my food.
Good job on the steps!! Stretching always makes me feel better. I like to do it everyday.
