I mostly wanted to post today to see if anyone else is working out on Christmas Day. I’m on track for my 15 workouts of Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred, but if I’m going to keep up my streak of doing it on odd-numbered days, that means working out today. I got fresh motivation at the #fitblog chat last week when someone pointed out that working out the morning of a feast day can be a great way to put myself in the mindset of being festive and healthy at the same time.
I also wanted to invite the Readers’ Workouts participants to join the New Year’s Resolution Reading Challenge, perfect for anyone with exercise goals for 2013.
