Welcome to Readers’ Workouts, the weekly event where book lovers share workout stories, goals, successes, and challenges.
I was hoping for a fast, fresh start after National Novel Writing Month, but I forgot to take into account that I’ve been putting everything off, not just exercise. Still, I managed two forty-minute walks in a row on the two nice days we had (November 30 and December 1). We’ve been cold and windy, so I’m going to want to get back to some DVD workouts, too, to get me through the winter.
I exercised 905 minutes in November, well short of my usual goal of 1200 minutes. I want to work my way back up to that, but gradually. So, for December, my goal is 1000 minutes.
