  1. My workout was almost thwarted this morning. I started to go for a run but my shins felt sore. I decided to return home and take a bike ride. I got on the bike and rode down the alley, feeling that I had a flat tire. Just then, my friend Sheila texted to see if I wanted to walk. Yay! A 5-mile walk with a friend and then some cardio with my daughter at home. Tuesdays are my days off, so I can exercise to my hearts content.
