  1. I’m walking 3km – approx 33 minutes a day – 6 days a week. 🙂

    I’m planning to keep at that all September, and then I might change it up a little and try some other things. 🙂

  2. I switched from a Fitbit to a Garmin vivofit, really liking that it can be paired with a heart rate sensor.

    Seeing some endurance improvement from adding in strength training at the gym, I’m working with a trainer for another 7 sessions.

    I’ve tried to tweak the diet to less carbs & fat with more protein. Down 4 pounds from July.
