  1. Ohh the weather, what a subject here too.
    It’s very cold lately (-2ºC most of the mornings, or less) and I don’t know what to do when I go running; I’m always cold! 🙁 Besides, I start the exams on January 26 and I have to be “butt in seat” most of the time, studying.
    But it’s great to are on track! well done!

  2. I hate this cold weather. Not only do I not want to go outside, all I really want to do is curl up under a blanket when I’m inside, not lift weights or stretch or whatever I should be doing.

  3. My morning yoga habit is coming on nicely, 12 days in a row started with a gentle stretching routine.

    Yesterday reinforced my dislike for meetings, after a full day with only 2 half hour slots free, I was so tired as to be useless. Probably a mental tired not a physical one but still exhausting.
