  1. My all-time favorite exercise when the goal is stress relief is walking! I even wrote a book about walking for stress relief. 🙂 I walk every day ( weather permitting), early in the mornings. There simply is no better way to start the day for me. There’s something soothing about the fresh breeze in my face, birds chirping, and the welcoming sunrise that resets my stress buttons every day.
